Bring your helmet for inspection and the processing fee (P100) plus sticker fee (P1.25).
The “Halad sa Kapamilya” is an annual event of services by the local station of ABS-CBN Corporation–DyAB1512in Cebu, Philipppines. It will start with a mass at 6am at the venue.

Korek. Yon din ang impression ko as what DTI said that they’re issuing PS stickers to locally-made helmets.

is it correct to say nga the purpose of people having t go to the DTI office is to have ICC stickers placed ( after having the helmets checked ) for those nka.palit na but wla sticker?..si if i buy one nga naa na sticker, i don’t have to go to the DTI office na?

kasalanan ng DTI yan in the first place….
bakit nakalabas sa market ang mga
substandard na helmet, e trabaho nila i-
check ang mga producto bago ibenta. dapat
wala sa mercado ang di approved. ang
trabaho ng dti is to protect the consumer
from low quality/substandard products, not
the other way around. tayo ang
pinahihirapan nila!

I think the brand is not in the latest list of the DTI’s approved brand of helmet that passed the ICC requirements. The issue here is no longer the brand but it’s the question whether or not the brand of your helmet has acquired the proper importation papers.

Hi good day… unsay bal-an sa ICC sticker kung fake or not sir?… for far amont ICC sticker na nakadikit sa among helmet kay genuine 2011 and genuine 2010. unsa pasabot ana sir? 2011 or 2010 namo gipalit?.. gipalit namo ang helmet kay 2012

No idea. However, as long as you have the ICC sticker and the brand of your helmet is in the list of approved helmet then it has no problem. The genuine ICC sticker is a hologram.

To be sure, bring your helmet to the DTI for verification.

ok, thanks….and how do we now if its fake or not?

The genuine sticker is made of a hologram sticker. It’s not easy to remove the sticker once it’s already in placed on your helmet. Anyway, you can trust the dealer of your motorcycle. Otherwise, the DTI can run after them for providing a fake sticker.
