Nandto po kami sa japan pinatinggan ko sya sa fb pero wala ako sinabing pangalan nya nag reak xa at grab nya mga pic kominura minura at binastos ng mga masasamang salita pati sa tweeter post nya mga pic ko grab nya sa fb ko un naka swimsuit ako pede ko po ba idimanda un? Pls help po

As i explained in my blog post, many legal experts say like TV and Radio broadcasts that are not in the list may be interpreted as one of the “similar means”. So, cybercrime law on libel is not really needed. Internet Libel is there already in the RPC.

Art. 355. Libel means by writings or similar means. — A libel committed by means of writing, printing, lithography, engraving, radio, phonograph, painting, theatrical exhibition, cinematographic exhibition, or any similar means, shall be punished by prision correccional in its minimum and medium periods or a fine ranging from 200 to 6,000 pesos, or both, in addition to the civil action which may be brought by the offended party. So Facebook cannot be used as Libel case right?
